When I found out about this at <a href=\"http:\/\/flatironschool.com\/\">Flatiron School<\/a>, I was\u00a0ecstatic for <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/adamcjonas\">Adam Jonas<\/a>, and I was wondering if this was Carrot&#8217;s standard way giving job offers. Apparently, it&#8217;s not standard practice, but it&#8217;s awesome nonetheless.<\/li>\n<li>RSVP\n<p>Gust is having a Ruby concurrency talk with\u00a0Jos\u00e9 Valim in March. <a href=\"http:\/\/ror.gust.com\/\">Their RSVP page<\/a> had a simple message: send us a pull request.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/xta\/rsvp\">The instructions<\/a> were super easy for any developer.
